Update on Timeframe For Io Shirai & Zoey Stark’s Returns From Injury

NXT stars Io Shirai & Zoey Stark could be back on TV from their injuries soon, according to a new report. Shirai and Stark, both of whom have been off TV due to injuries they suffered, are expected to be back “relatively soon” according to a report from the WON.

Stark has been out of action since November when she suffered a torn ACL and required surgery. Meanwhile, Shirai has been out since competing at NXT Stand & Deliver, with the speculation at the time being that she was hurt doing a moonsault in the match onto Kay Lee Ray (now Alba Fyre).

Stark and Shirai were co-NXT Women’s Tag Team Champions, having held the titles for 112 days last year before losing them to Toxic Attraction.
