Chris Sabin Goes Through Stages Of Grief, Motor City Machine Guns Get Contract In New Video

The Motor City Machine Guns have a new video in which Chris Sabin goes through the stages of grief about their WWE release before they get a new contract. The tag team posted the video on Thursday, just before they become free agents next week.
In the video, which you can see below, Sabin is upset over their released and Alex Shelley suggests that he’s going through the five stages. Sabin denies each one — which of course leads to cuts to him experiencing each one.
The two then open a box addressed to them and they go through the list, which includes such (mostly defunct) promotions as FMW, WAR, W*ING, IWA Mid-South and more. They then look at a last contract and things get shiny for them, after which Shelly suggests Sabin has reached “Acceptance.”
The Motor City Machine Guns were part of the WWE cuts in April. It has been reported that the two are expected to go to AEW, though that is not confirmed.
