WWE Advertising The Street Profits, El Hijo de Dr. Wagner for NXT Live Events This Week

As previously reported, former WWE Tag Team Champions The Street Profits were set to return to WWE this weekend by way of NXT live events. Well, that’s now official, as per an Instagram post from AAA star El Hijo de Dr. Wagner Jr.

El Hijo de Dr. Wagner Jr.’s instagram post is promoting himself, The Street Profits, Ethan Page, Lexis King, and more. The Street Profits have not wrestled or appeared on WWE TV since an October 2025 edition fo WWE Main event. They’re advertised for the following dates:

* January 29 in Knoxville, Tennessee at the Knoxville Coliseum
* January 30th in Nashville, Tennessee at The Pinnacle
* January 31st in Birmingham, Alabama at the Boutwell Auditorium

So, it looks like The Street Profits should not be expected to make any surprise returns at the Royal Rumble later this weekend, as they will be wrestling in Tennessee and Alabama later this week.
