AAA TripleMania XXIX Set for August 14, Andrade vs. Kenny Omega Title Match Confirmed

– Lucha Libre AAA announced today that TripleMania XXIX will be held on August 14. The event will be held with limited attendance capacity at the Mexico City Arena. AAA also confirmed that Kenny Omega will defend his AAA Mega Championship against former WWE Superstar Andrade at the upcoming event.
As noted, Andrade previously challenged Omega to a match in a video appearance at Rey de Reyes. Omega later said he would think about it, and now he’s accepted the matchup, which you can see in a new clip below.
Also announced for AAA TripleMania XXIX, Impact Knockouts champion Deonna Purrazzo will face Reina de Reinas champion Faby Apache in a Champion vs. Champion bout. In the headlining match, Psycho Clown will face Rey Escorpion in a Mask vs. Hair match.
