Backstage Notes & Possible Spoilers for Tonight’s TNA Bound for Glory 2025

TNA Wrestling returns with its Bound for Glory pay-per-view event later tonight from Lowell, Massachusetts. Fightful Select has some backstage notes and potential spoilers for tonight’s TNA Bound for Glory show.

Tonight’s show will see The Hardys defending their newly won NXT Tag Team Titles and TNA World Tag Team Titles against their old rivals, Team 3D (aka The Dudley Boyz), in One Final Table Match. According to Fightful, TNA sources indicate that there’s a “very good chance” that Team 3D, or at least D-Von Dudley, will retire from the ring after tonight’s match. It’s also said that Team 3D is not being factored into any major creative plans.

Additionally, it’s said there was planned to be an additional NXT presence throughout tonight’s show beyond what’s being advertised. In terms of NXT Superstars on tonight’s show, Trick Williams defends the TNA World Title against Mike Santana, and Kelani Jordan defends the TNA Knockouts World Title against Indi Hartwell. Also, NXT’s Je’Von Evans challenges Leon Slater for the X-Division Title.

As previously reported, the contracts of the current TNA Knockouts Tag Team Champions, The IInspiration (Cassie Lee and Jess McKay), are scheduled to expire shortly after tonight’s event. Fightful Select’s latest update notes that they’ve spoken to sources to expect them to retain the titles and stay with TNA Wrestling.

The IInspiration are slated to defend their belts later tonight against The Elegance Brand (Heather and M by Elegance). Fightful also notes that several women’s wrestlers in WWE NXT were happy to see them at last Tuesday’s NXT vs. TNA Showdown special.

TNA Bound for Glory 2025 goes down later tonight at the Tsongas Center in Lowell. It will be broadcast live on pay-per-view.
